Andy Olen is a speaker, guide, and accelerator for individuals and teams focused on improving their sales, leadership, and life skills. After 20+ years of professional experience, including sales, marketing, and leadership roles with leading healthcare companies, Andy wrote the book The Trilogy of Yes to help salespeople use the skills of communication, connection, and cooperation to inspire others to say YES. Andy hosts the podcast The Sales Warrior Within where he shares his insights and innovations on how everyone can evolve and release The Sales Warrior Within. He is a regular keynote speaker, trainer, and coach in the United States and internationally.

Andy Olen believes in the nobility of the sales profession and in those who sell. Andy trusts that great sales skills are also great leadership and life skills. He seeks to enable the sales warrior within each of us.

Andy built a sales and leadership engagement firm committed to excellence in sales and leadership skills development, keynote speaking, training, commercial insights, and coaching. Andy and his teams sold and marketed over $4.5 billion worth of healthcare products on five continents.


Andy’s corporate career spanned 17 years of sales, marketing, and global leadership experience in the medical technology industry with Fortune 500 companies. Andy was a Senior Vice President at Siemens Healthineers, Global VP of Sales at Verathon (a subsidiary of Roper Technologies,) and General Manager Canada & Latin America at Abbott Vascular.


In the 1990s, Andy was an entrepreneur in information technology consulting and managed political campaigns in Wisconsin.


Andy currently lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with his family. You can find Andy riding his Peloton bike, training for a running race, dabbling on the guitar, supporting his kids’ activities, and cheering on the Milwaukee sports teams and the Wisconsin Badgers.


Andy earned both his BA and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
