Andy Olen is the Founder and President of North Hall Partners, an executive advisory firm specializing in leadership development, negotiation, executive communication, and strategic facilitation.

Before founding North Hall Partners, Andy spent more than 20 years in executive leadership roles with Fortune 500 healthcare and technology companies, including Abbott Laboratories, Siemens Healthineers, and Roper Technologies.

He has led organizations responsible for billions in revenue, negotiated strategic commercial partnerships, and developed high-performing leaders across North America and globally.

Today, Andy partners with federal agencies, healthcare organizations, prime contractors, and commercial enterprises to develop leaders who communicate with influence, negotiate strategically, and drive organizational performance.
